Cold May Surf

Clean waves this morning at the washout. Probably in the stomach to maybe chest high range on the better sets. Photos were taken anytime from 845 to 1145 this morning. May be some more waves tomorrow. Keep an eye on it.

Sorry, no photos..

Monday morning. 7:30 A.M.

Sorry everyone but I didn't get any photos from Sunday, the best day of surf we've had since last hurricane season. A few months ago I agreed to shoot a wedding for a couple that would be getting married on April 22. At the time it seemed like no big deal but of course April 22 was one of the better days we have seen in a while. I did get to surf between the ceremony and reception but was not able to snap off a few photos. The photo above was taken this morning with long lefts rolling into the pier in the stomach high range. I had to work at ten but still caught a few fun ones at the pier this morning. For photos from yesterday go check out Mike C's page here . Hope everyone got some good ones these last few days.

Saturday Waves

Lots of Water.

Small mushy waves yesterday morning with super high full moon tides. Probably a little too much water. Everyone had to bust out the wetsuits again with air temps in the lower 50's yesterday morning. I took a few pictures, but mainly wanted to surf the few hours of waves we got.

Sunrise at the Pier.

Devon Keim Photography & Art

I found Devon's work on Facebook a little bit ago and really enjoyed her photography and artwork. Her work is mostly surf and ocean related so I figured everyone that follows Follyhood would enjoy her stuff too. Right now her site is down, but i highly recommend checking out her Facebook page right here.
